Burnout Level

Scoring Scale:
0 = Never
1 = Rarely
2 = Sometimes
3 = Often
4 = Very often

(Maslach Burnout Inventory adaptation — shortened version)

Questions:

  1. I feel tired even before the start of the workday.

  2. I become irritable over small things.

  3. I have a feeling that work no longer brings me joy.

  4. I feel emotionally drained.

  5. I notice a decreasing interest in colleagues / clients / people.

  6. I notice that I often "work on autopilot".

Interpretation:

  • 0–6 points → Low risk of burnout.

  • 7–12 points → Moderate risk. It is worth paying attention to rest and recovery.

  • 13–24 points → High risk of burnout. Changes and support are needed.
