Scoring Scale:

0 = Not at all disturbed
1 = A few days
2 = Most days
3 = Nearly every day

(GAD-7 adaptation)

Question:

  1. I felt anxiety or nervousness.

  2. I found it hard to control my anxiety.

  3. I worried too much about different things.

  4. I had difficulty relaxing.

  5. I felt irritability.

  6. I was afraid that something bad might happen.

  7. I had trouble concentrating because of anxiety.

Interpretation:

  • 0–4 points → Minimal anxiety.

  • 5–9 points → Mild.

  • 10–14 points → Moderate.

  • 15–21 points → High (it is recommended to consult a specialist).
